FAQS

Do campers need any prior riding experience?

No prior experience is required! Our camps cater to newbies, as it's a great introductory experience to horses. Our instructors will provide personalized guidance to help each child feel confident in this environment.

What should my child wear/ bring to camp?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing. Long pants and closed- toe shoes are required, preferably boots or sneakers. A helmet for riding will be provided, or feel free to bring your own if you have one!

A bathing suit or change of clothes should be brought with in the case of extreme summer heat- that way water activities can be enjoyed! Also, please send sunscreen or a hat for spending time in the sun.

Your child will need to bring a packed lunch each day. A light snack will be provided at the end of the camp day.

How many campers are in each session?

Each camp session is limited to 15 campers to ensure a personalized experience , camper safety, and plenty of hands-on time with the horses. We operate on a 4:1 camper to instructor ratio, ensuring each child receives ample attention and guidance.

How do I register for the summer camp?

You can register through our website or by emailing us directly once dates are released. Spots fill up quickly, so we recommend signing up as soon as possible to ensure your child's place!

What are the summer camp hours?

Camps run from 9am to 3 pm.

What happens in case of bad weather?

If the weather is unfavorable, most of our scheduled activities can be moved indoors to our covered riding arena.

Are parents allowed to observe the camp?

Parents are welcome to observe during designated times, such as the last hour of the last day of camp, when we showcase what the campers have learned through out the week !
